  • How long will it take for me to receive my items? Please allow 3-5 business days for your item/items to ship.
  • There are two shipping options during checkout, which should I select? Always select the cheapest shipping option.
  • Are my items fresh? Yes, all of our products are hand-made fresh in small batches to ensure superior quality. Your items are created, packaged and labeled by us.
  • How are your natural products preserved? The majority of our product line does not require preservatives. However, we use a combination of Natural antioxidants to maintain the integrity of the oils used in our products. Lotions are preserved with a blend of botanical extracts to provide natural antimicrobial activity or with a cosmetic safe synthetic preservative used at a rate of 1%.
  • How should I care for my natural products? Avoid the introduction of water into your bath products. For best results, store your products in a cool dry location. Place soaps on a soap dish that provides adequate drainage. In addition, remove your sugar scrubs from their container with a clean utensil. These precautions will extend the shelf life of your products tremendously.
  • Will products melt in shipping? Body butters, lip balms, and salves may soften during shipping in warmer weather. The quality of the product will not be affected. Upon receiving a product that has been affected by the heat simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time. Some settling may occur in the Whipped Shea Butter if the product has melted in transit.
  • Are products tested on animals? Absolutely Not! Our products are tested on our loyal family and friends. And believe me they don’t mind getting first dibs on our great products.
  • Should I use safety precautions when using my products? Please read our product disclaimers. All items that contain oil have the tendency to leave a surface slippery.
  • Do you ship outside of the U.S? No, not at this time.
  • Are your products 100% natural? Most of our products are 100% natural and the remainder are 93-99.9% natural. Preservation is required for "all" lotion which contain water. Without adequate preservation water and oil mixtures are susceptible to bacterial growth over time. Since there is no substantiated evidence of a truly "all natural" preservative currently on the market, we use a synthetic alternative, at 1%. Please note that all companies selling lotions or any product that contain water, must also use a synthetic preservative, there is no way around this. So, don't be fooled - there is no way for a lotion or any product containing water to be 100% natural. We use water in our lotions ONLY!
  • Are you working on a alternative for a 100% lotion? Yes we are. Our lotions are very safe and are as natural as they can be, with the exception of a few must-have fragrance oils. However, I have been working on a water less lotion alternative and hope to share it with you all soon. In the mean time, go ahead and treat yourself to one of our wonderful lotions, packed with natural and organic oils and butters.
  • Essential Oil vs Fragrance Oil? We scent our products with 100% pure essential oils in most of our formulations, with the exception of a few must-have high quality fragrance oils. Essential Oils are extracted from plants, and are used for the aromatherapy and therapeutic effects. Fragrance oils are perfumes, and although some fragrance oils contain essential oils as one components, they are synthetic and do not have therapeutic benefits and aren't 100% natural.
